One of the ways to stand out in the current job market is to be authentic and then to embrace your journey. Now I could start to make videos for LinkedIN to tell my story. I can show people who I am and also give shout outs to my mentors and inspiration.

Barista - turned digital guy: Its not too late do what you love and pivot if you need to

Was a barista needed to build more and influence more and built the ecommerce business and integrated it with dear inventory. I found great joy in this process but it sparked something in me.

I knew that career wise there could me more but transitioning would be tough. Used my skills with strategy, communication, photography, adobe suite and ui design to make digital products and solutions.

Why product management: I have been aspiring to connect the dots for products and teams to design a better future. Long before I even knew there something called Product Management. My most inspiring and fulling product I have ever worked on must be my unusual career path that has led me to this point. The application for my first ever job as a product manager.

My seemingly random career path has given me unique set of experiences that will serve as a bridge into the future. I am absolutely excited about the role technology and design plays in solving and supplementing many of the solutions we need for our ever changing world. I have a deep passion for people and seeing people get the most out of the skills and potential that lay within them. I did that when I was 17 when I created a marching band for a few of my friends who needed a place to belong

I have spent the past few years understanding my passions and purpose. Growing in leadership, growing in empathy, graining a sense of design and now it's time for me to apply all of this in a dynamic team to see some really big business objectives become a reality.

The dots have all sort I can't say I found product management I think it found me. Without realising it it is almost as if I have have force field at work in my life drawing me towards people and teams with a great deal of talent and skill and then helping them connect in new ways to solve for the future
